- I am a 40 year old woman who lives in Southern Wisconsin. I live with my husband, borrowed (aka step) daughter and our menagerie of pets. My husband and I have been married now for six years, but were together for 11 before tying the knot. I am a somewhat recovered drug addict, I say somewhat because I do take prescription narcotics due to medical conditions, so I've been told that makes me "still a user". I don't see it that way, and I consider myself straight and sober (unless I've been drinking or doing illegal drugs). I cannot be a good example, so I have lived a very happy and fun-filled life being a horrible warning. So grab a chair, have a seat, grab a drink from the fridge (Ill take one too thanks) and welcome to my life.
